Paolo leads the development and strategies of the Uimarredo initiatives.
He graduated at Cappiello Academy in Florence in 1989 and started his career in 1990 as an interior designer at Uimarredo.
In 1991 he founded and headed Uimarc, the research and project development office.
He plans and coordinates, in collaboration with his internal team and external architects, the elaboration of many homes all over the Italian territory and abroad, particularly in Russia, Spain and in Dakar, Senegal, where in 2015 he established a partnership agreement with Focus Immobilier for the creation of the interior spaces of a luxurious residential building.
He has been managing the company since 2006, with the support of his partner Simona.
